Chalmers Vineyard, Merbein, Ancestral Method, 60% Vermentino, destemmed, wild ferment on skins for 48 hours, pressed to old barrel, 40% Fiano, whole bunch pressed to old barrel, blended and bottled before end of primary ferment with a little reserved juice, undisgorged, unfined, unfiltered.

Bright, fresh and tropical with pineapple and rockmelon, lovely moussey bubble, fishing dry and lemony.
