Chalmers Vineyard, Merbein, hybrid Traditional/Ancestral Method sparkling wine, 1/3 each Lambrusco Maestri from 2021, 2022 and 2023 vintages, hand-picked, destemmed, wild fermented, 4-5 days on skins, stored in old barrels and tank, blended and bottled while the 2023 portion was still fermenting. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged. 

Quite a classic style of Lambrusco, full bright cherry fruits mingled with earth and charcuterie, it has a delightful bubble and a dry finish. Serve well chilled with a plate of mortadella or your favourite pizza. Perfetto!!
