Six Js Vineyard, Steels Creek, Yarra Valley VIC. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, wild fermented in tank, racked to barrel and aged for 2 years under a naturally occurring flor, racked to bottle.

Complex and textural, strawberry fruit, grilled nuts, salty minerality, dry and savoury. Inspired by the Provence Rosé Clos Cibonne.
